Shortest book review for the longest book I've ever read (~700 pages)

I finished reading this monster ^^^, Tools of Titans by Tim Ferriss.

It's a collection of the author's most useful "lifehacks" and notes from several hundred podcast episodes in which he interviewed the best performers in the world.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jamie Foxx, Malcolm Gladwell, Tony Robbins, and Jocko Willink were among his guests.

These were the most commonly used "lifehacks" I read:

• start a keto diet
• microdose LSD (not kidding)
• get a sauna
• do cold plunges
• meditate
• Read Atlas Shrugged

I don't do these things, although I read Atlas Shrugged.

Do you do any of these?? (don't narc yourself if you microdose)
