Sorry for the delay in communication. This week is full of a lot of various obligations on my part, so I don't know that we would be able to meet physically, but the prices that Chelsea has received from the printer in Suring is $100 - $110 for vinyl banners. The question is how many and how would we like them to look.
My thought is we have at least one on both sides of HWY 22, we may want to see about placing one at the circle on 22 and another by Cecil to let people know we are open and to urge people to continue to Gillett. We can set up directional banners in the city that may be smaller guiding people to alternate routes.
We will not be able to meet with Robert E. Lee until March when the contracts are put out, but that does not need to prevent our getting things in place.
