Yesterday was my husband's birthday, and the day before our youngest son's. How's that for bad planning!
We spent the day quietly at home, just the two of us, although I did make G a special dinner - rolled pork fillet with an apple & pecorino stuffing, roast potatoes, and three vegs, followed by blueberries - G's favorite - with yoghurt.
Now the next birthdays in the family are my daughter's and mine 6 days apart in October. I seemed to have made a habit of the bad planning!
Now, without further ado, here is what I have for you this week.
The last series I fiddled with...
...is my Magick & Fangs trilogy. I changed the covers a little while ago - which was already a great improvement! - but I still wasn't quite happy with them, so I worked on them again.
This is what I came up with.

He devises a plan to cure himself of this malady, but without her knowing it, he is a danger to the young woman who is in love with him. He lies to her because her blood is his cure. For that very reason, she cannot discover his true nature.

Fortunately for Sophia, when a vampire is here, witches are near. A witch is the young woman's only protection, as long as she believes and obeys.
And where there are witches, there are ghosts.
Everyone knows a hungry vampire is no one's friend...
