Hi!

It is the last Friday of 2023! I hope it has been a good one for you.

Isn't December the strangest month? You get to December 1st, ready and rearing to tackle the Christmas season and when you look again, it is December 26th and it is all over for another year.

It is the one month of the year that goes by the fastest, but it is also the one month of the year when you get to--if not seeing them in person on Christmas Day--have contact with most of the people who are nearest and dearest to you.

And so, here we are, December 29th, and all we have left to do is to say farewell to 2023. I have had a great 2023, and I cannot thank you enough for your support.

Welcome 2024. I have wonderful plans for the New Year. A series of 6 books is about to be launched, you have Medicine Woman, book 2 in the Frontier Tales series (Book 1 is Finders Keepers, of course) to look forward to toward October--Halloween, you know!--and believe it or not, even though I was adamant not to write another vampire story, um, what can I say? I'm a woman, I can change my mind, can't I?
