Bill 94-36, now P.L. 36-25 - requires ethics training for all GovGuam employees. All 15 senators endorsed the Bill, and the Governor of Guam signed the Bill into Law earlier this week. The training shall not exceed 4 hours and shall be available in a single day. The agency covers all costs for the training. Expect training in ethics within the next few months.

Children as young as 12 can now register to receive their vaccination. CDC is updating their mask-wearing provisions for the public who received their COVID-19 vaccinations, and they may ease rules further before the opening of next school year. School employees are encouraged to get their vaccinations if they have not already done so.

You can schedule to get your vaccination at the University of Guam up to May 22 or you can visit the Department of Public Health and Social Services website for more locations and registration information.
