Hello,
We hope that you are enjoying Formly Lifetime deal. Our Form design team would be happy to assist you in designing your form (elegant background design) or if you just need hand in creating form, which involves complex skip logic.
It would be very kind of you, if you can leave a review for Formly so we can help more Sumo-lings to create beautiful forms and surveys 🙏
Give us some tacos on AppSumo 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮 - https://appsumo.com/products/marketplace-formly-mobile-forms-surveys/#reviews
As a token of gratitude, we will add the extra 4 gigabytes of storage to your account
Many Thanks
