However, the world at large ignores you and doesn't buy your sandwich for 7 years.

Then one day, a guy tweets about your sandwich and you have 10 times more business.

Did your sandwich get 10x more delicious since the tweet? Or is it a fad? Something that relies on the influence of one individual to have new-found value.
