Biology was never the full story

Hi ,
You did not have to carry a child to carry someone through life.
You showed up. You poured in. You loved people into becoming better versions of themselves. You were the safe place, the steady hand, the voice that said "you can do this" when nobody else did.
That is motherhood too.
Today, we are not just celebrating the women who gave birth. We are celebrating every woman who has ever nurtured, guided, sacrificed and loved without being asked to. The aunt, the mentor, the friend who feels like family, the woman who mothered from a place of pure choice and pure love.
And to the women who longed to mother and could not, your love is not wasted. It has touched more lives than you know.
Every one of you deserves to be seen. Not just today, but every time you walk into a room. You deserve to feel as powerful on the outside as the love you carry on the inside.
Happy Mother's Day.
Reply and tell me about a woman who mothered you in a way that had nothing to do with biology. I would love to hear her story.
