Before people see your ability, they see this

Hi ,
People often say your work should speak for itself.
In an ideal world, it would.
Real life is different. People usually see us before they truly see what we can do.
They notice how we present ourselves.
How we carry ourselves.
Whether we seem comfortable in our own skin .
None of that replaces skill or experience.
Those first impressions can influence whether people pause long enough to notice those things.
Over the years, I've spoken with women who felt overlooked and couldn't understand why.
They worked hard.
They knew what they were doing.
Something still felt disconnected.
Sometimes the answer wasn't doing more.
It was becoming more intentional about how they showed up.
Not changing who they were.
Simply making sure their appearance reflected the value that was already there.
That is one of the reasons I created the Own The Room™ Workbook.
This simple 33-day guide will help you think differently about your appearance, become more intentional about how you show up, and create an impression that reflects your true value.
