When did you stop recognizing yourself?

Hi ,
One of the hardest things about feeling overlooked is that eventually, you start questioning yourself.
Maybe I need another qualification.
Another course.
Maybe I need to do more.
Sometimes that’s true.
But not always.
Over the years, I’ve spoken with women who are capable, experienced, and doing good work, yet still feel unseen.
Women in meetings whose ideas get missed.
Business owners who know their work is valuable but struggle to create trust quickly.
Women returning to work who know they can do the job but no longer feel sure about how they want to show up.
Again and again, I’ve noticed something.
It’s often not about ability.
Sometimes the way you present yourself isn’t reflecting what you already bring.
People form impressions before conversations begin.
They notice how you show up.
Whether you seem intentional.
Whether your appearance supports the message you want to send.
That doesn’t replace competence.
It helps people see it.
That’s one of the reasons I created the Own The Room™ Workbook.
It’s a simple 33-day guide to help you become more intentional about your appearance, strengthen your presence, and feel more aligned with the impression you leave.
If you’ve ever felt overlooked or underestimated, this was created with you in mind.
