To question well...it's necessary to stop doing and stop knowing in order to start asking.

When times get stressful, those with an action bias get moving. Usually, that's a good thing.
But when times become unprecedented - when there are no rulebooks to follow, when all advice is a patchwork of guesses - moving for the sake of movement is tricky. It's like being a dark room & sprinting. You might slide through an open door, or you might smash your face into the wall.
Absolutely, get moving. It's imperative you don't wait, that you don't play defense, that you don't hide. But don't forget to balance the action with contemplation. Don't forget to ask questions - hard questions, the kinds that take time & effort to unravel, the ones other people can't answer for you.
Sprint, then catch your breath.
Sprint, then recover.
Sprint, then rest.
That's how we get fitter, & it's how we'll get through this.
