It's one thing to get through a tough workout, to do all the reps the whiteboard demands of us.


It's another thing entirely to figure out where to push, to know how to adjust your strategy if things stop working, to learn how to manage the voice in our heads.


The same basic principles apply to what's happening now.


It's one thing to want to get through this. It's another thing entirely to want to be made better by it - to take advantage of this opportunity to retool, rethink, revise, reimagine, recommit, reinvent, & remake ourselves.


It's push or pull. It's offense or defense. It's action or reaction.
