How are you faring these days? The weather is beautiful here in Toronto and it's helping.

This week I recorded interviews with two job search experts: Heidi Scott Giusto, PhD, and Allison Kirsch, CPC. Heidi is a whiz when it comes to application materials, job seeker branding, and interview prep; Allison is a long-time talent acquisitions leader, with special expertise in recruiting and hiring PhDs into consulting and similar roles.

What else do you need to help you market yourself to employers? (I have ideas!)
