A week long hiatus, surviving without food, the millstone technique and more.

I know, I know, I was MIA all last week, without notice. It was a planned week off, well, off from writing emails, and posting as much as we normally do across our socials. The news, though backwards a couple days, continued without a miss.

Anyway, I'm back, and ready to get back to work. We have a super secret project that we are working on, and could use your help to grow the Facebook page. Surviving without Food for 2 Weeks

Going without food for an extended period of time is harder than just reading that you can survive for "x" amount of time without it. People assume because research shows that humans can survive 3 weeks without food, that that's just how its going to be if they have to. It's a lot harder then that.
