Getting out of my head. Have you ever had those days where it seems like you spend all day thinking, second guessing, planning, strategizing, etc. Just to realize you've wasted an entire day and got nothing done? I get that at least once a week, and sometimes it seems impossible to get out of my head.
The thing I find best is to grab a fresh cup of coffee, get my German Shepherd and either head to the back deck, or take him to a trail, this works the best. I think because if we're on a trail, I have to be mindful of our surroundings, keeping an eye on him, and making sure I don't trip. Hence...this gets me out of my head.
