Letting go

I'm always honest, some might say too much so... If you follow me on Instagram you may notice any mention of the novel I co-wrote has disappeared. I don't plan on addressing it publicly but I'll let you know that it was gutting to let go of, even though it was draining too much energy. I hope Raewyn continues publishing, the book deserves to be out in the world.

Letting that go allows me to focus on other things like:

  • my monthly virtual meetings (Austen and writing). The creator of the meeting platform (GoBrunch) has invited me to showcase these to a wider audience (I'll share the details once I have them)
  • Coaching! One client is coming to the end of her series shortly, as you're on my mailing list you get first option. If you're keen to do some coaching check out the details on my website or book a call to see if we're a good match
  • a new offer I'm developing that will blend coaching and writing... watch this space!
  • hosting an afternoon tea to thank the Austen society volunteers. Realising I needed help running events, I also realised I wasn't there for our volunteers to thank them

  • Plus the podcast has just started a season on Sense and Sensibility and the society is about to launch the 2026 programme focusing on diversity

Now I read back that list, perhaps it's not surprising I needed to let something go.
