Gardening and hatching has taken over everything in my world. This week has been about trying to play catch up.

Up till yesterday, we had 3 incubators running plus a broody hen sitting on eggs. One incubator down, 2 to go. Yesterday's hatch turned out 7 tiny quail.

My daughter is trying to hatch more silkies for a friend of ours, and then I have a mix of eggs. I butchered a rooster so fingers crossed I get a beautiful standard rooster.

My greenhouse is growing nicely. I plan to go out today and get a new video of it, keep an eye on Instagram to see what's growing and what's not really doing much.

Our garden, well. Some things are growing, some things are not. It's new ground. It will get better.

That's a longer than planned update from me.
