We have been having a few really nice sunny days here which is so nice. I am a sunshine girl, I need sunshine to feel like myself. What helps you feel like yourself?

Find something that you makes you happy, for me, it's spending some quiet time alone - whether that is driving somewhere to pick or hiding in my room reading or watching Netflix.


Finding some homeschool friends that you content with. This can also be a great way to have someone who understands how you are feeling and has experienced burnout.
