I rarely get time home alone . We value our family time together because Blake has worked some crazy jobs and has been away a lot.

But because of this, I rarely get the house to myself. Sure I can take a drive to town alone, but I like to be home alone sometimes too. Have a complete thought. See what my house is like in the quiet.

Blake took the kids (and his father) in the woods today, and as I'm not a woods kind of girl I'm enjoying the quiet.

I'm eating a chocolate chip cookie, sitting at my desk with the TV on (Grey's Anatomy's early seasons), and doing whatever I want (scheduling blog posts).
