We Still Make It Right Here:
Here at the Fontainbleau Diner we still make many of our menu items right here on the premises. Everything we produce in-house means more FRESHNESS and LESS PRESERVATIVES for you & your family.
Behold, Our Onion Rings!
First, we peel the onions and separate the rings. Next, they are covered in flour & the excess is dusted off. Then each ring has an "Egg Bath," and is pressed into Seasoned Bread Crumbs. Finally, the Onion Rings are laid out on a "Chef's Pan," and refrigerated. Now, the Onion Rings are ready to be cooked fresh as every order comes into kitchen. Enjoy!
