Remember the post I said that grew from 977 to 999 members right before my eyes (Paid group!)?

This is what happened…

Saw an interesting video ad.

Funny and intriguing AH.

So, of course, I clicked.

Lead to a paid Skool group.

The offer was cool… but it wasn't for me.

At least not at the moment.

However…

It’s definitely something people need.

When I first checked it out, I noticed the group had 977 members.

Fast forward a couple hours…

999 members.

Again, it’s a paid group.

Low price point but still…holy shit!

The next person to join triggers a 10X price hike.

What’s that, 1,000%?

I’ll admit, I was tempted (shiny object survivor here).

Intrigue level cranked up to the max.

Here’s where it gets wild…

This was NOT some established years or even months old community.

Dude had just started this group like weeks ago.

FREE! 

2 weeks later… it’s PAID.

How do you ramp up from a frustrating freebie seeker freak show…

[magic eye blink sound]

To a 4 figure monthly cash flow stream…

In less time than it takes to get an “F* off!” reply to someone in the dm’s?

I had to find out.

Curious to see if dude hit his numbers…

I give it a day.

I go back, click….

Fully expecting another membership pile on growth surge, maybe even that price hike...

Instead?— It went DOWN…

Right back to 977 members?

Wait…WTF?!

What happened?

Did all the people added yesterday just bail out?

Were these bots?

Can you fake member numbers inside Skool?

Huhh?

My brain is just buzzin’ with questions.

What in the ever lovin’ phantom group growth is goin’ on here?

I decide I must figure this out.

So, I track his campaign for a bit.

The numbers kept going up and down.

BTW, just went and checked again before writing this.

It’s over the 1k mark…

But I fully expect more fluctuation.

Then it hit me. 

This wasn’t accidental fast growth; it's a clever strategy. 

A system.

Totally repeatable.

It’s like this stupid card trick I learned as a kid.

This thought slapped my brain like a Batman backhand at a recent get together.

Maybe you know it?

Here’s how it works: The other person holds the entire deck face down.

I bet I can guess at least 2 out of 3 cards they pick.

Without fail…

I nail all three 100%, every single time.

They’re baffled.

I come off as some magical mystic.

Everyone’s happy.

It’s a fun little party trick.

Gets a few laughs. 

If you don’t know the trick… no worries.

I can teach it to you in like 5 minutes.

Without giving it all away…

The key is setup.

You have to know at least one of the cards before it’s picked.

If you know 2 before they’re picked, you can melt minds.

The rest is a simple “force” play.

It’s really weird how my brain made this association, but seriously…

It’s the same damn trick.

While I may have used it to help me get “lucky with the ladies” a time or two…

This dude figured out how to turn a similar idea into 4 figure recurring monthly cash flow in 2 weeks.

I’d rather have the money.

Anyways…

I recently reached out to dude to make sure he was cool with me using his group growth strategy as a little case study (see image).

He said “sure.”

So, here I am, with my hand on your forehead doing a little temperature check…

I’m sure the smarter ones with enough time and effort can figure this out on their own...

Only took me a few years.

While learning to grow a group is pretty useful…

Growing a paid income stream…

That’s priceless.

Anyways, I see how he did it.

Mixing it in with some creative ways I’m seeing others do it to the tune of 6 figures per month…
