The $ is in the list is off a tad (here's the real gold)

Hi
They say the money's in the list, but…
That’s a tad off.
The real gold...
Are the the resources you're working with.
The hidden economics of the situation.
What is price, really?
A number slapped on the tag?
Maybe at Marshall’s, sure. But for most things in life?
It’s a framing device.
A suggestion.
What the “manufacturer” says it’s worth.
No manufacturer?
What’s it worth then?
What if the thing you’re selling isn’t even a thing?
What if it’s a service or a task?
You can post service prices on a menu, but...
If someone else can do the same gig, make the same promises, deliver the same results…
Those numbers are a wish list until a buyer says "yes."
It’s supply and demand, plain and simple.
The trick?
Reframe the offer as an opportunity.
Use levers.
For example, time.
Not only how fast you can get the job done, but also…
How fast can you reach the right eyeballs?
How fast can you get a "hell yes"?
You can have a whole Amazon warehouse full of awesome service, but if no
one’s looking for it…
If no one wants it...
Good luck selling it.
Give it away? Sure, why not, but…?
Any takers?
Free, supposedly the most powerful word in all of business.
It might get your foot in the door, but…
If they don’t value it…
They probably won’t come back to pay you for it, either.
Today, options seem endless.
Trust is scarce.
Buyers are skeptics.
Arms crossed, they dare you to impress them.
What to do?
Reframe it.
Shift perspectives.
Stop selling the thing…
Start selling the unlock.
Works wonders for me.
Especially if you know something they don’t.
Do they have something valuable they don’t realize they have?
You've got to get them to realize what they have hidden right under their nose.
Like this one guy a pressure washer.
He had tools that could serve a particular type of client that others couldn’t.
His problem?
He didn’t realize this advantage or know how to get them.
Didn’t know where they were.
I knew the platform and how to reach all the type clients he wanted.
I knew what he was missing and how to position him.
Seven days later?
100k in his pocket.
He swears it was thanks to me — he said it, not me…
Thankfully, I got the testimonial to prove it.
Or another client…
How cliche is this…
A guy who trains dog trainers.
He completely overwhelmed me with clients.
I couldn’t handle it.
Literally.
Blew off my eyebrows trying to deliver.
Deals after deals, just from a freakin’ handshake.
I gave him some help.
He in turn got me deals.
That was the agreement.
That’s still the game.
Finding the hidden gold— hidden opportunities.
Making deals with folks with unused resources.
Find them or create them.
Dusty old goods...
Rusty old tools...
Overlooked opps.
Turn those things into little cash machines.
Leave the peanuts to the simple minded monkeys.
This Friday….
I’m covering some ways you can do that.
How to find and target hidden buyers.
Folks that don’t even know they want what you have.
How to create little pockets of opportunity using other’s resources.
You see me do this ALL-THE-TIME… but maybe don’t realize it?
Well, for those that join…
You’ll now see this clear as day, I suspect.
Even if you can’t…
By attending, you’ll get to ask me questions to clarify any of this stuff for yourself.
But I must warn you…
I am NOT a guru and none of this stuff is “push button” easy.
It is simple though.
The best part…
Zero competition.
Why?
Because we’re working in “hidden opportunities” markets.
We’re dealing with the stuff that’s little talked about.
Like Pirate gold…. You’re finding buried treasure.
I’m just giving you a map, some tools and helping you find your way.
