What I mean is this.
Imagine you’re in Florida, laid out on grass at a nearby creek, just soakin’ up the sun.

You decide you’re gonna take a quick dip in the water nearby.
As you walk towards the water, you hear a voice yelling at you…
“Stop!”
“Wait!”
“Don’t go in there!”
You stop, look up and see a dude with these mega sunglasses on running your way.
As he catches up to you he whips off his glasses and says “here, put these on. Look!” as he hands them over to you and motions you to look at the water.
Taken aback, slowly, you grab the glasses from him, and then slip them to your face.
Turns out…
The glasses are polarized.
