She's one of my recent students this year.
I felt kilig when she messaged me Tuesday night about our Godly Builders Therapy.
She forgot our regular schedule since we had moved our schedule recently kasi naging tight yung sched ko sa family.
And because she doesn't want to miss it, and excited sya, she messaged me.
You see...
In any kind of relationship, you'll really be excited and kilig sa umpisa.
Then later on, lalo na inside marriage, challenges will come and may sawa factor na.
When I first knew her story, I felt the compassion.
As usual, it's never easy moving on.
I'm just being honest.
It won't happen in a snap.
Pero alam mo kung ano ang mas exciting?
It's when you learn about yourself deeper while healing.
And when you finally learn to impose your boundaries in decision making the Godly, Healthy, and Sexy Way.
And that's what happened to her.
As I recall her story, she really had low self-esteem even if maganda naman sya physically and may trabaho naman.
But when she finally chose the real battle to individual healing, she felt the freedom from pain.
And that's because she didn't feel any judgment when she became vulnerable.
She had the safe space to unload her emotions.
And I hope you have the same.
