Here’s a clever way to have peace of mind this Christmas

Hi ,

Being genuinely happy after experiencing trust issues and achieving peace of mind isn’t always quite as easy as it sounds.

If you’re ever experiencing it now, then you know it can be a little tricky, and often times triggers will consume you lalo na this Christmas season.

Like it will cost you some time remembering the bitter-sweet memories you had.

Until you understand these now…

Because once you know these clever little trick for redeeming your inner powers, then the whole process of the healing journey becomes less stressful than ever before!

Check these out…

FIRST, you need to dissect the current status of your relationship. Whether ikaw na lang ba ang lumalaban or totally pinag palit ka na nya.

Whether he’s still holding on or ginagawa ka na talaga tanga, isang basahan or putting you down kasi feeling nya mas may benefit or mas nakaka ginahawa sya sa feeling ng kabit.

Whether you have similar beliefs, mindset and goals as a couple moving forward.

SECOND, you need to accept your current status. Hindi lahat ng betrayal cases willing ang infidel or cheater na ayusin ang relationship.

You need clarity whether lalaban ka pa ba or mag eexert ka pa ng effort.

Kasi if ikaw na lang ang lumalaban tapos ikaw pa ang niloko?

Aba! You need to wake up!

You’re that precious para gawing isang trapo.

You’re enough and I trust ginagawa mo lahat to be the best in everything.

Kaya deserve mo ang natitirang self-respect na meron ka.

THIRD, you need to plan well for your future.

Whether you leave or stay after experiencing betrayal, both yan may mga consequences. Not only with your own healing pati na sa healing ng mga anak at whole family mo.

Kaya dapat ready ka and you look forward to all the possibilities in the future that could ruin your peace.

FOURTH, once you have the plan, you need to implement it no matter what.

Whatever your plan is, need mong maging firm sa mga decision mo for you to guard your sanity. Wag kang maging marupok kasi you are what you tolerate.

If you stay, there should be actions on your husband's end kaya need nya rin gawin ang trabaho nya.

If you leave, need mong planuhin ang lahat ng aspects ng buhay mo while lumalaban kang mag isa lalo na if may mga anak ka.

It’s important that you have the visualization of what you’ll do to have long-term success in winning yourself back.

 FIFTH, have faith.

I always believe that everything happens for a reason.

And that includes the betrayal.

The enemy might have meant it for evil but God meant it for good.

Kaya wag mong kaawaan ang sarili mo.

Instead, thank the LORD your God na pina experience sayo ang betrayal para may matutunan ka to further level up in handling your relationship.

I trust that you’ll do well moving forward once malampasan mo ang deadly emotions ng betrayal and once na maintain moa ng peace and joy sa puso mo.

Pretty simple, right?

When you do these 5 simple self-check, you’ll have long-term happiness sa relationship mo. And the best part is that you can put these strategies to work for you immediately, starting today.

Do that, and you too could start seeing some great results!

I pray for your peace and real joy this Christmas season .

Few hours na nga lang and Christmas celebration na.

And I guess, super busy ka na sa paghahanda ngayon.

Kaya I’m reminding you to also prepare your heart for the real spirit of Christmas. And that’s the peace, love and joy to be shared and enjoyed within families.

Have a Merry Christmas!

To your peace and joy,

FJ "Wishing you blessings" Lapera
