Now I know sometimes nahihirapan ka e express ang struggles and worries mo.
And for the recent lessons I uploaded, if napansin mo, marami kang need gawin to manage your emotions.
And big part of that is journaling.
If napanood mo na ang recent videos, may iba't ibang ways of journaling that I mentioned.
And so for this week, your task is also related with writing your emotions - writing letters.
YOUR TASK:
Let's use your imagination.
Imagine it's 5 years from now.
Meaning, it's 2027.
Write a letter for:
- Your Husband
- Your kid/s
- Yourself
- Kabit
Imagine what you'll write for your husband, kid/s, yourself and kabit 5 years from now.
This task is to help you visualize your future and future emotions. Through this task, we're also incorporating the LAW OF ATTRACTION.
Part of the recent videos talked about how you should handle your emotions and how you can uncover past emotions.
But in this task, we'll not dig in about your past emotions, rather, THE FUTURE.
Now my goal here is for you to declare through writing the emotion you want to have 5 years from now.
And if you have done our GOAL SETTING FORMULA - connected to all your goals, mas magiging madali sayo ang pagsulat ng letters kasi may fixed event ka ng na attract sa subconscious mind mo.
So there...
Don't forget to WRITE THESE LETTERS on paper.
Then, take a photo of these letters and submit it inside the Godly Builders Hub.
This way, we'll have an online copy of these letters and madali nating mabalikan ang goals mo 5 years from now.
Don't forget to keep your letters in a secure place na ikaw lang ang makakakita.
It's your vision so mas maganda if wala munang makakakita.
