Here’s how to avoid paranoia after his dark memories

I’ve received confessions from Depressed Cheated Women saying…

“Paranoid na po ako. Ang hirap pala talaga kapag tiwala na yung nasira. Even if I see and feel na bumabawi siya sa akin eh napag iisipan ko parin siya ng masama. Dahil sa pagiging paranoid ko palagi kaming nag aaway.”

And like this one too…

“Yung memories how he cheated on me, nag flaflash back sakin how they did sex. Nabasa ko lahat ng conversation nila. Nakita ko lahat ng pictures nila at lahat yun bumabalik sa alala ko araw araw.”

Alam mo anong mas heartbreaking ?

Iilan lang to sa mga tagos na emails na natatanggap ko.

I guess I have received thousands already that broke my heart.

But today, I don’t want to talk about breaking your heart.

I want you to think differently.

Meet my baby, Chie2x. (not her real name)

She told me this:

“Sis... It helps mom listening to our 90 Days GB Therapy kasi I sleep there almost every other night at medyo na stop kasi nga almost a week ako not feeling well.

Tapos gusto nya several times nmin uulitin ang isang therapy kaya Day 13 pa ulit kmi.

Now ko lang nadiscover sa pagtulog ko with mom na napakalalim pala ng anger or resentment nya kay dad due to betrayal.

Isa siguro ito sa purpose ng betrayal.

So I can understand mom better.

Thank you sis... Itinago nya ng matagal...

Kaya pala seems palagi syang galit kay dad.”

Eto nga rin pala yung student ko na madalas magsabi sa akin ng “I love you” ever since we met. ^_^

Lol

I remember when she approached me the first time, it was the time when I stopped offering our HAC Program kasi nag family vacation kami noon.

And she was so “kulit” but never gave up and waited for me to re-open.

So when I told her it’s up, she took action immediately.

Honestly, she’s still a work in progress sa ngayon pero... sobrang layo na ng self-confidence nya compared to the 1st day I met her.

Then ngayon, pati Mommy nya natutulungan nya na rin after she uncovered her Mom’s dark past with her Dad.

Sounds awesome, right?

This can be your story too.

So I'm not promising you the moon and the stars.

Kasi it needs YOUR WORK to heal fast.

You can actually heal, redeem your confidence and attract your husband’s commitment and apology in just 15 days just like Madeline, one of my students whom I had interviewed last 2021.

Pero if you don’t work out and apply the information you got, waley pa rin.

You don't need to be the most beautiful, sexiest or even the kindest woman on the planet to deserve the love that you’re worthy of.

All you need to do is…

1. Have a strong reason WHY.

Her why is REALLY strong. She knew what she wanted.

She wants to give her husband a chance despite her broken trust.

So she asked for my help.

She even wanted to do what I do.  (She would share that hopefully one day she can inspire others too - not knowing she’s already doing it inside our GB Fam)

That's why she did exactly what I showed her...even though it was difficult.

There's URGENCY to her actions.

She needed to do this NOW.

Not later.

That's why she was able to do #2.

2. Take massive action (and don't procrastinate).

You wanna know why "beginner's luck" is a thing?

It's because beginners don't get paralyzed by information overload.

They act on the information available to them.

That's what happened to her.

I gave her the step-by-step instructions. She took action. It helped her redeem her self-confidence, the very 1st thing I saw lacking in her.

3. Use proven strategies, mindset, and processes.

I gave her the exact strategies, mindset, and processes I and my students use.

Unlike others, she didn't take it for granted.

She used it…

That’s why she trashed out all the paranoia within her.

Now, she's going to benefit from it.

During this entire week and habang papalapit ang Independence Day, I realized how rewarding and fulfilling it is to help people ...especially Depressed Cheated Women like I was.

I realized how rewarding and fulfilling it is to be part of these women’s lives even if di kami nagkikita in person. (Claiming this year we’ll make it happen na) ^_^

BTW, I've been doing this since 2020.

I've helped hundreds of Filipina Women, especially Moms become the better version of themselves after the pain from betrayal.

I get reports from my Godly Builders Fam either through email or private message almost every week about one of our students' breakthroughs.

But I don't want to take much credit.

Because THEY did it. They put in the work. They sacrificed. Not me.

In the grand scheme of things, I probably contributed 1% to their healing journey.

But still…

I'm super happy to contribute at all.

It's a different high to know you've impacted a person's life forever…

That's why I wanna continue doing that…

And that's why I'm conducting a FREE webinar exclusive inside the Healing After Cheating (HAC) Community only.

This Webinar will finally be on May 31, Wednesday at exactly 8:00 p.m.

And the webinar is called:

The Psychology of Men After Betrayal and the 10 Mistakes to Avoid When Trying to Get your Husband Back

If you want to join, register here.

I'm going to do my best to make this the webinar that changes your 2023.

I want you to look back at this webinar a year from now and say to yourself:

"This Webinar Changed Everything For Me!"

Again, here's where you can get more details.

See you on Wednesday, May 31st at 8:00 pm. :)

To your freedom from pain,
