A life changing discovery

,

Na experience mo na ba minsan ito?

That moment when ideas just poured into your head?

I discovered something last year.

Pansin ko, my best idea comes while waiting for my son at school.

He's a kindergarten and I need to wait for him to finish his 3 hours at school.

Sometimes, I'm in front of my laptop consuming the courses I've invested to or listening to podcasts and audiobooks on my smartphone.

Sometimes, I'm even not on the phone scrolling social media, and I'm not watching something or talking to the other parents waiting.

Just me and my thoughts.

One time, naman, while waiting and talking to a young mother, I discovered she had been betrayed by her 8-year relationship and the father of her son too who's in the military.

She shared her experiences and how she had filed a case, the benefits and the consequences out of it.

And we immediately became friends, me giving more insights to her while me learning from her real-life experiences.

Lastly, often times during my quiet time, since I'm not opening my phone and just reading a physical Bible, just me and my thoughts again. Ideas poured in.

That's why, for some, ideas come while they're in the shower, while breastfeeding or... while cooking.

I believe the reason most people can't escape that "negative thoughts, anxiety and triggers" cycle is because they're too busy or distracted.

Sa isip nila, they just keep on remembering the old times, what they're husband is doing while not giving time for their inner self growth.

Well, years after, it seems na lalo silang na de depress kasi their husband still keep blaming them, toxic pa rin ang marriage, cheater pa rin ang husband or worst...

They still blame themselves for their husband's cheating habits.

May dumating lang na konting problema or pagsubok, mas stressful and worried na agad sa kung anong mangyayari in the future.

Sadly, if you just focus on your husband and wait for him to treat you well and change for the better, NEVER ka makaka catch up with your emotional and mental management.

Saving your marriage and helping him change for God's glory is important. But helping yourself and saving your sanity is more even more important.

I don't think na si Toni Gonzaga na isa sa mga perceived Christian Mom influencer or artist at iba pang lodi mong celebrity Mom e laging nag mo monitor sa husband nya like every minute just to make sure he's faithful enough.

Kung pwede ba silang mag monitor lagi ng kasama ng husband nila or not.

They're too busy making themselves grow.

Anyways, my ways...

I'd like you to tell me kung anu-ano ang mga pinagkaka abalahan mo ngayon that's continually helping you grow.

I'd love to keep updated lang with your ganap sa buhay more this year sis.

Medyo matagal tagal na rin kasi ako di nakakapag email sayo since your last purchase. :)

Or... what would you love to grow more this year?

Or what's holding you back on leveling up?

To your continued holistic growth,
