First off, I apologize! I'm familiarizing myself with how to best reach out to you via email, and the consecutive emails were unintentional 😣 sorry about that. As it turns out, there was a glitch in the Matrix....
I know everyone's inbox can get inundated with emails to an unmanageable level, and I certainly don't want to contribute to the noise (My phone first thing in the morning has 10 emails minimum 😒)
Ultimately, I want to provide you value by way of useful, actionable fitness and health related stuff. So without further ado......

Last week, I made a video talking about how to use TRX Suspension Straps to take your core exercises to the next level. What I didn't talk about was how to adjust the straps so that they are set appropriately for the exercise you wish to do. So, I made a video showing you exactly that.
I know that many of you have used TRX Suspension Straps in group fitness and perhaps at the gym where you are a member. But did you know that it is one of the most affordable tools you can buy for yourself at home, and get a full-body workout? In case you've never used one, I highly recommend it. It is a scalable tool, and by that I mean you can start with easier, less intense movements, and you can take it to full-blown crazy exercises. Your imagination is the only limit. Anywho...
