Poron polyurethane foam material is a high-density foam which boosts the foot’s natural cushioning making walking easier. It is one of the best shock & impact-absorbing materials making it perfect for insoles.

It is available in a 3mm & 6mm thick sheet and a 3mm sheet with a peel off adhesive backing. Each sheet is sufficient to make a pair of insoles up to UK size 12.

As we get older our feet lose some of the natural cushioning that absorbs the impact of walking. This “step shock” can travel up legs and spine causing pain and discomfort in the feet knees hips back and even be the cause of headaches. This “step shock” is likely to occur in patients that have arthritis diabetes or sensitive feet.

This is also a perfect product for extra cushioning in your ski boots, just cut the sheet to size and use as padding against your shins.
