Hello everyone,

With Flip #2 Under Contract it's been a busy week scheduling and planning for the flip! As of right now I'm building out my scope of work and the plans.

With this project it will be around $120k in renovation so the timeline will be a bit longer than the last one (12 days) so we're planning about 10 weeks.

The Hawaii Trip is also coming up in August so stay tuned for that!
