How's it going everyone!

My first flip has just finished up and about to hit the market next week!

The team knocked this project out of the park and completed it in only 16 days as well! This turned into a full gut renovation which went over budget, however due to me underwriting the property at a lower price I'm able to still walk away profiting $15k when it's sold. I definitely made some mistakes but taking action is the best way to learn!
