What's up everyone!

My flip project is going well so far and should be completed earlier than expected! The only hiccups we've run into is some cast iron plumbing, but my GC had some contacts in the area and were able to get it replaced that night for much cheaper than we thought!

We have also taken down some trees which has really opened up the property. This week I'm also having some calls about a possible Sub-To opportunity in Lake Wylie, SC and I have a agreed upon price for a flip/wholesale in Shelby, NC.
