I am currently in the first week of my flip and everything is on schedule for the renovation to be complete in just about 2 weeks.

1. The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner
2. Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat: BRRRR Investing by David Greene
3. The House Hacking Strategy by Craig Curelop

Each of these books have had a huge impact on my journey to get where I am and I'm continuing to educate myself in different areas like the mid term rental strategy and short term AirBnb's.
