Important Reminder: Select Your Timeslot!
When placing your order, please, please, please be sure to add a timeslot to your basket! This is essential for keeping our pick-ups running smoothly and efficiently by spreading out member arrivals. It also helps us have your order form and items ready for the correct day.
If a timeslot isn’t selected, we have to take extra time to reach out individually, which pulls us away from getting the store ready for the week’s orders.
Even if you're unsure of your pick-up day at time of ordering, please choose your best guess. If you need to adjust it later, just send us a text or email that week.
Thank you for your cooperation—we truly appreciate it!

Credo Foods: Their Credo is to Re-introduce People to Plants.
It all started when the Salamon family went plant based. Co-owner Adam’s family had a history of heart disease, so they decided to adopt foods that would improve their family's health while also being kinder to animals and better for the planet. When Adam and Maddy tried to get their daughter Addy to eat more plants, they realized how hard it was, so Maddy created Credo in order to help everyone get reintroduced to how delicious plant-based meals can be.
At Credo, they're not just redefining what plant-based snacking can be—they’re leading the charge. As the first to introduce the slogan “Good Times. Better Food.”, they set the standard for what modern food brands aspire to be: bold, fun, and unapologetically delicious, yet while being BETTER tasting, BETTER for you, BETTER for the environment, BETTER for animal welfare, and

Credo's slogan isn’t just a catchy phrase; it’s a declaration of purpose. While others focus solely on health or indulgence, they believe you deserve both. Credo isn’t about compromise; it’s about raising the bar.We offer a variety of Credo's plant-based alfredo pasta sauces in Roasted Garlic and Rosa as well as their Oatmilk-based queso in Blanco and Medium.
You will find Credo products in the Tortillas / Tortilla, Corn and Potato Chips / Hot Sauce / Enchilada & Pasta Sauce / Salsa / Dips/ Queso section or simply type "Credo" into the search bar. If you do not see your desired product listed, that means we have sold out for this week. Check back next week to order yours!
As you peruse the Produce section this week, you will notice that we have an abundance of onions of different varieties. Let's break down our onion selection so you can be sure to select the right onion for your needs!

Green Onions (White & Red): Also known as scallions, red varieties are milder and slightly sweeter than white. Use the entire onion—white parts for a stronger, sharper flavor (best cooked) and green parts for a fresh, grassy note (perfect raw as a garnish for soups, salads, and dumplings). Pro tip: Cook the white part first for better texture!

Spring Onions: These look like scallions but have a small bulb at the base. Sweeter and mellower than regular onions, they’re great grilled, roasted, or used like pearl onions.

Red & White Bulb Onions: Red onions are mild and slightly sweet, ideal for raw dishes like salads, sandwiches, and guacamole. White onions are more pungent, perfect for salsas, stir-fries, and chutneys.
No matter which onion you choose, each variety enhances your dishes with flavor and depth. But beyond taste, onions offer impressive health benefits as well. Eating raw onions can boost immunity, help regulate blood sugar, lower blood pressure, and provide powerful anti-inflammatory properties. And don’t worry—cooked onions retain many of these benefits, too!
In addition, they’re packed with fiber. When combined with other fiber-rich foods, onions support digestion with prebiotic fiber, essential vitamins, and minerals. A delicious way to nourish your body and add flavor to your dishes.

Our Farm Fresh Texas kitchen will be cooking up an earthy, satisfying and vegan Lentil & Mushroom Soup. This dish starts with caramelized onions, followed by sautéed local shiitake and cremini mushrooms braised in vegetable broth, with silky, tender spinach added at the end. Finish it at home with a dollop of sour cream and a garnish of parsley. This soup comes meal-ready in a pint jar and makes for a light but hearty dinner.
We’d like to share an important note about the prepared food products made in our commercial kitchen, Farm Fresh Texas. While many of our items are packaged in glass canning jars for freshness and sustainability, please note that these products are not "canned" in the traditional sense. This means our products are not shelf-stable and must be refrigerated to maintain their quality and safety. Unlike many store-bought foods, we do not use preservatives in our recipes. For this reason, we recommend enjoying them in a timely manner to ensure the best flavor and freshness.
