Lemon Garlic Chicken Orzo

Hello Fancies, hope your week is ending on a positive note.
First, I want to congratulate readers 👏 👏 👏, Maya and Coco, for winning our last email's prize*. They each got a bottle of delicious white wine. Here's Coco's bottle.
Last week was a busy one as we moved to a bigger space and still settling in. As such, I'm going to keep it simple with a pot of lemony chicken soup.
This soup is a nice take on Avgolemono--a Greek lemon chicken soup. While I can't handle that much garlic, let this recipe be your template. Just be sure to temper the egg and lemon mixture with some hot broth before adding into the main soup pot. You don't want scrambled egg soup. Oh and if you don't have orzo, use Arborio rice.

The fourth best selling food item of 2020, was Sauvignon Blanc White Wine. While too sweet for me, a good minerally Sauvignon (maybe a Sancerre?) can be an excellent pairing with some cheese, bread and butter. Or why not make some garlic white wine mussels. Dunk some sourdough bread or french fries in this and enjoy your winter in style.
