With the new website and the move to Heartbeat for membership, we've conquered the renewal problems we've had in the past!

ALMOST!

You are all on the CWG Heartbeat app in the Member category, which means you paid your dues through the old system on the website and not Heartbeat. Alas, we lost that information during the changeover. We've been depending on the honor system for renewals, but as one member mentioned, a lot of you may be waiting for a reminder.

Please, if you suspect your dues have expired, go ahead and renew now: https://www.catholicwritersguild.org/renew-membership/

If you are pretty sure they haven't, please look in your records for renewals. Then, email CWGAdmin@Catholicwritesguild.com and let them know the month. We'll make a note for Heartbeat to send a reminder (or we will manually).

Otherwise, we're going to probably pick a month and send out a reminder for anyone remaining in this group to renew at that time.
