Hello Collective!
Have you noticed the days getting longer? My brother-in-law reminded me this week that we gain an hour of sunlight each month from now on. I don’t know about you, but I’m welcoming the extra light!
February is a big month for me:
- I’m transitioning back to teaching part-time.
- My husband will care for baby Emmett while on paternity leave.
- I’ll continue sound bathing because my nervous system deserves it too ;) And yes, playing the instruments gives me the vibes as much as anyone else!

Private Group Session Highlight
Last week, seven wonderful women joined a private evening. We:
- Relaxed in the sauna
- Enjoyed tea & card pulling
- Experienced the sound bath
- Closed with tea & conversation

Thank you to everyone who joined and donated to Dan’s fundraiser. We raised over $1,000!
Dan had a successful lung transplant in Toronto and is still recovering in hospital. Soon, he’ll move to their apartment and start a three-month day program for rehab. Your love and support have made a real difference. It hasn’t gone unnoticed.
