Last Wednesday, I republished the webinar I did with my friends Ally and Patrick on agroforestry.

It was a special offer to own a cashflow-producing asset and get your residency permit in Nicaragua for free.

Meaning if you ever needed a safe country to escape to or if you needed another country you could legally live and work in, it would be open to you.

Pretty attractive deal if you ask me.

I signed my paperwork a week ago and am personally moving ahead with it.

So are a bunch of my smart clients. During the presentation, people commit on the spot to invest and be first in line. It was great to see.

Yesterday the 22nd, was the deadline to invest and have your legal fees fully covered for your residency.

I didn’t bother emailing about it because there was no point, they had already sold out of all the available plots, and there was nothing left to sell.

So I didn’t send a reminder or anything.

I feel bad for you if you were on the fence about this and you were humming-or-hawing, not sure what to do. 

I can tell you from experience that you have to move on these opportunities quickly.

Things don’t last.

Not much I can do for you this time except recommend you ask Ally to put your name on a list in case something opens up or more parcels become available.

For those that emailed already and put your hand up to grab a parcel of land, I suggest finalizing things today. Do not delay, or someone else will get your plot.

As I said, things were supposed to already be finalized yesterday...
