Shopping For A New Home In Jurerê, Florianópolis, Brazil

Dear Reader,
As you probably already know, my wife and I have been in Brazil for over 4 months now. We actually came here for Birth Tourism for our son who was born in May (both mommy and baby are doing excellent).
This has been a really special time for us and we've really fallen in love with the island we are on, Florianópolis. So much so, that we are looking to buy another home here to spend part of the year. In our search, we've explored the islands extensively with our rental car for the last month or so. The nicest area and the area we have chosen is called Jurerê, it's a stunning spot with open-air shopping, loads of restaurants and cafes and is located on the coast with amazing beaches.
