Navigating the legal requirements in a foreign country is overwhelming, to say the least.

I have seen it hundreds of times - people wanting to set up a Plan-B offshore, and they either fall flat before even taking the first step, or worse, they make an irreversible mistake when they try to do so without the specialized guidance of an offshore living expert. 

When dealing with governments in foreign countries, the margin for error is ZERO. 

Beyond just meeting and adhering to strict (and ever-changing) regulatory/compliance requirements, there are an endless number of factors that require the hard-to-come-by, ultra-specialized expertise that I have earned.  

Sure, some of you reading this right now may have the time, energy and research savvy that would be required to craft & execute your Plan-B on your own, but even then… I’d like you to consider whether the source material you use to educate yourself is accurate…?

Does the lawyer you hired even know what they are doing? Are they charging you a fair rate?

Is the accountant you are working with versed in dealing with clients who must be compliant in more than one country?

Is the clearing house you are going to use to transfer money internationally legitimate?

Without expert guidance and access to a Rolodex of carefully vetted professionals, you would be taking major (and costly) yet easily avoidable risks.
