How To Set Up Your Plan-B In Nicaragua
Mar 27, 2023 11:36 am
Thursday night, I’m going to do a presentation with my friend Patrick Hiebert on real estate in Nicaragua.
Over the last 3 years, Nicaragua proved itself to be one of the freest countries in the world.
There were no mask mandates, vaccine mandates, or lockdown restrictions, and they didn’t shut down the country or the economy.
They basically said you make your own decisions on what to do with your life.
Yup, sounds good to me.
We will be talking about how you can get residency in Nicaragua and purchase an affordable home in a private pacific beach community with surfing, golf courses, tennis, horse stables, fruit trees and a lot more.
There are opportunities to have your place as an investment property or as a landing pad for when they decide to lock down the rest of the world again (which I fully expect will happen).
Having a proper Plan-B includes a home in a safe country that is easily accessible and a residency to legally enter the country.
In this webinar, we will dig deep into how to protect yourself, get a residency, a second home, and even generate income.
It’s going to be awesome.

It’s this Thursday night.
I hope to see you there,
Mikkel
