Beachfront Real Estate For As Low As $75k, How?

May 16, 2023 11:16 am

Yesterday I shared with you a bonus episode on purchasing beachfront real estate in Brazil.

These are excellent properties in the North East of the country and have excellent cash-on-cash return potential.

The nice thing about this is that with a price point as low as $75,000 USD, you can qualify for residency in the country if you buy multiple units.

Even better than that, you can rent them out, and down the line, you can use them to qualify for a Plan B residency.

So even if you don’t have time to do your residency right now, it can be done anytime in the future.

It’s like a long-term call option on immigration that doesn’t cost you anything extra.

You see, normally in Brazil, it’s a 1,000,000 $R investment into the country, which works out to be about $200k USD.

The Brazilian local currency used to be a lot stronger, but it's at record lows at the moment, meaning you can scoop up prime beachfront real estate at very affordable rates…

But even better than that, because this project is located in the North East of the country, the government has stated you will only need to invest 70% of the total amount in the country to pick up your residency.

That means your normal minimum spend of $200k USD drops to only $140k USD.

And when you purchase real estate, getting the residency is not mandatory. You can get the residency at any time in the future as long as you continue to hold the property.

On the day of the presentation, we pretty much SOLD OUT of the 20 units offered live to our attendees...

Since many of my subscribers wanted in on this deal but missed out, I pulled some strings and got the developer to release another 10 units only for my subscribers.

If you are interested in prime beachfront real estate, that should generate a solid 12% NET return for as low as $75,000 USD. Then I highly encourage you to listen to this episode and contact my colleagues at expat@BeachfrontOffers.com to secure your property.

We don’t have a lot of these brand-new beach houses left…

So at this point, it is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Send an email to expat@BeachfrontOffers.com, and they will send you all the photos, floor plans, and the spreadsheet with the projected returns.

Please also include your phone number for a callback so they can answer any questions you have.

If you haven’t listened to the presentation yet, I would encourage you to do so right now: https://expatmoneyshow.com/episodes/243-brazilian-beachfront-real-estate-with-12-percent-net-returns

This is one of those limited-availability deals that cross my desk. Best move on it while you can.

It’s better than leaving the money sitting in a bank waiting for another imminent collapse...

Good luck,

Mikkel

PS. For my American audience, these properties can be purchased using money held in your IRA. Email my colleagues at expat@BeachfrontOffers.com, and they will explain how.

PPS. I have personally purchased multiple units from this developer
