Taking a “next time” approach is a huge mistake

Most investors are playing the wrong game.
They’re buying property in fully priced markets, stretching themselves too thin, and still somehow convincing themselves that if they gain even modest appreciation in 10 or 15 years, it’s a win.
Sure, it may feel “safe”… but it certainly isn’t strategic (it’s not actually safe, but that conversation is for another day).
If you’re considering allocating capital into real estate, you need to look beyond the borders of your home country.
…and that’s what we discussed this past Saturday during the special presentation I hosted.
During the presentation, we broke down how demand is forming inside the region where we are positioning ourselves via a new premium-grade residential tower.
We discussed in detail the demand drivers from infrastructure development, sustained population growth, and the clustering effect already at play as multiple developments take shape within the same geographic pocket.
With our approach inside the market, you’d be riding the upward tide of an entire zone being built to attract new renters, buyers and businesses.
In a genuine growth cluster, the region itself becomes the driver.
As density increases, amenities improve, infrastructure expands, and capital concentrates in a defined corridor, values rise together because the entire zone is becoming more desirable, more functional and more livable.
When it comes to emerging growth corridors, getting in early matters more than almost any other variable.
…and if you are invited to participate in a project of this magnitude before anyone else, you shouldn’t take that invitation lightly…
Beyond the financial upside (which, as we covered in the presentation, is conservatively projected at 8% annual returns alongside meaningful medium to long-term capital appreciation), there is another layer that many people still mistakenly overlook.
That being the fact that owning real estate offshore gives you jurisdictional optionality.
Ownership offshore gives you a physical foothold in a country where you can relocate if circumstances change for the worse in your home country.
Optionality like this cannot be modelled in an Excel document to numerically represent its value.
However, in real life, its value cannot be overstated.
There are studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units available in what will clearly become the premier development in this growth corridor.
For those of you who watched the presentation live, you know it is not an exaggeration to say the project rivals anything you would find in a traditional “first-world” market.
Top-tier amenities.
A fully equipped gym.
Co-working spaces.
A massive rooftop pool.
Fire pits.
Outdoor grilling spaces.
Ground-floor corporate and retail spaces that anchor the development and increase foot traffic and livability.
And yet, studio apartments inside this project are available for under 50k USD.
…that number alone should force you to recalibrate your beliefs about what is possible.
Whether you are early in your wealth-building journey or already allocating capital offshore, you need to carve out time to watch the presentation replay while it is still available.
The presentation is an eye-opener… and I do not say that lightly.
Inside it, you’ll see clear comparisons to other markets that experienced explosive growth after similar clustering dynamics began to form… markets where early investors just like you captured outsized gains simply because they understood the growth was inevitable.
You’ll see exactly why Paraguay (and this one specific corridor in particular) has the same foundational elements in place to experience the same explosive growth: infrastructure expansion, population inflows, developer density, and price points that remain so far disconnected from where they are headed.
To say the replay is only “worth a watch” would be doing all of you a massive disservice.
…and you need to do it soon.
In less than two weeks, the replay will be taken down and moved to the Hub, where it will be accessible only to members.
If you are serious about understanding how breakout markets are identified before the prices are lightyears away from where they are today, here is what you need to do right now:
Set aside the time.
Watch the presentation replay carefully.
Then, send my partner, Fernando, an email at [email protected] to discuss securing 1, 2, or 5 units within the development.
Speak soon,
Mikkel
