Hate To Say I Told You So But…

Jan 12, 2023 11:26 am

I remember about 2 years ago, I warned people that Panama would change their visa process and everyone should secure their residence while they could.

Well, on August 6th of 2021, Panama did just that. It went from a $5,000 bank deposit that needed to be held there for 1 month to a $200,000 real estate investment that needed to be held for a minimum of 2 years.

What a massive difference!

Even recently, on a call with a Private Client, they told me they wish they had listened to my advice and secured Panama residency when they had the chance.

Those with a second residency in their back pocket are feeling a lot better these days with everything happening in Canada and the USA.

Today Nicaragua has one of the most affordable residency programs in the world.

I would hate for you to miss your chance on this, so I highly encourage you to attend the presentation…

Here are the details:

See you there,

Mikkel
