Last night I rented a huge 6500 ft² luxury villa and hosted a cocktail party on Ocean Reef Islands, the private man-made islands in the center of Panama City, built by good friend Alfredo Aleman’s company, Grupo los Pueblos. 

I have a bunch of Private Clients in town right now because this weekend, we all head to Uruguay from Panama City on a private investors tour I organized, so it was a great opportunity to also show off what Panama has to offer.

As we were zipping around the islands on golf carts touring the islands and watching the sunset behind the beautiful city skyline, I was joking with one of my clients and saying how people still think of Panama as a “third-world country.” 

I laugh because most people really have no idea how stunning this country is and what Panama City has to offer expats.

We have the Caribbean and the Pacific, amazing beaches, mountains reaching almost 3,500 meters, and a world-class capital city with a brand new airport terminal, convention center, and cruise ship port. 

Panama is growing incredibly fast, is a free and safe country, and if we structure things correctly, can even be completely tax-free for you.

Anyways, I had so much fun last night; it really was amazing.
