Immigration about to get more complicated, expensive and difficult

Apr 02, 2024 11:20 am

Hey everyone, I have it on good authority that a bunch of popular immigration programs are going to change for the worse this year (some I can talk about now, others I have to wait until it becomes public knowledge).

I have already highlighted a couple of times the changes in Panama's best investors visa, which is going from a $300k real estate investment to a $500k price tag, and we don't yet know what other changes could accompany that...

Because of this, I am running a real estate tour in Panama to try to get as many clients through this immigration program as possible before the changes take place.

You can email us directly to ask questions about the tour here:

trips@ExpatMoney.com

Or sign up for the event directly here: https://expatmoney.com/panama-fly-n-buy-real-estate-tour

If you move forward with a property, we will cover your airfare, food, hotel, transport and pretty much everything else for your trip to Panama. Details can be found here.

CARIBBEAN:

Another big change we are about to see is the Caribbean countries that offer citizenship by investment (CBI) have declared they will drastically increase the donation amount in the next few months. This means some countries will change from a $100k amount to a minimum $200k USD donation.

A second passport is your political insurance and secures your freedom of movement in case anything were to happen to your home country's passport.

This can happen if there are sanctions, they refuse to renew it, you lose it, or it's seized. It can even happen if they "suspect" (not prove, just suspect) you of owing back taxes or child support!

I could speak to you for a dozen hours about the importance of having a second passport, but I am going to assume you have been following my work for long enough to understand the many reasons why.

We only have a limited time until the price hike (and the changes make things potentially more difficult) for citizenship and a passport in the Caribbean.

Please include the word PASSPORT in the subject line so we can take care of you first; we don't have a ton of time to process your application.

Email us at support@ExpatMoney.com

From here, we can give you an official quote and answer your questions to determine whether this is the right option for you and your family.

I will update you as we learn more about this changing situation. I highly suggest taking action today before it is too late.

Speak soon,

Mikkel

PS. Since we don't have a lot of time, we are looking to work with people who have a clean criminal record, as we don't have a lot of time to deal with getting things expunged.
