Your future as an expat, what to prepare first
Nov 28, 2024 11:41 am
After being an expat for roughly 25 years straight, I can tell you that it’s best to start preparing for a move sooner rather than later, and a big part of that can be learning the local language...
Trust me, learning a language is not easy, BUT it is worthwhile.
The hardest part for me has always been focusing on just one thing.
There is no way you will become fluent by jumping between 10 languages, 15 different apps, and 5 different courses.
The same goes for Black Friday offers.
I'm sure you probably received tons of emails with offers on everything from software to vacuum cleaners, to flights and maybe even a language course.
I have been studying languages for a long time and personally know all the biggest names in this space; heck I have interviewed a bunch of them or appeared as a keynote speaker at their conferences...
...so I could have emailed you a long list of language learning products that are on sale for a very limited time, and I’m sure some of them would have interested you.
But, the thing is - it’s overwhelming to get sent 15-20 offers in a single email...
I would have done you a disservice and would actually slow you down on your expat dreams.
So, I’ve decided to just email about one offer.
This way, you’ll actually get somewhere with your goals and not just jump from one thing to another…
The offer comes from my dear friend Olly Richards and his series of story-driven beginner courses called “Spanish Uncovered.”
