The Case For Latin America – Andrea Martinez

Feb 19, 2025 4:32 pm

It’s no secret I am a big fan of Latin America. I’ve called Panama my home for the past five years, and my last two children were born in Chile and Brazil.

Why are so many freedom-minded individuals and families choosing Latin America as their expat destination? Today’s guest, my good friend Andrea Martinez, joins the show to share her insights.

Originally from Ecuador and now living in Panama, Andrea has firsthand experience with the expat lifestyle. As a former pediatrician turned real estate developer, she has helped countless families transition to Latin America.

In this episode, Andrea breaks down why more people than ever are fleeing high-tax, more expensive countries in favour of the freedoms and opportunities found south of the border.

Enjoy!
