Hello from Jamaica!

It's been a good week here with my wife; we are just taking a bit of time for ourselves and reconnecting for our wedding anniversary.

It's also been a good time to recover from a very busy 2022 and finally rest and recharge.

Before this week, I still felt exhausted from the Summit we did in November; I didn't realize how much energy that took out of me!

After the last six days away, I am starting to feel much better.

Anyways, at the start of every year, I plan the year ahead and try to envision what it will look like.

I do this from the business, financial, mental, physical and even intellectual level.

I'm very purposeful with these things and try not to leave it up to chance, I'm very deliberate in creating and curating the life I desire.

And honestly, I expect 2023 to be worse...

But I don't like piling on and stressing people out, so I choose to spend 99% of my energy searching for real-life solutions and sharing them with my people.
